I stumbled upon RePoP last Sunday after brunch. (Side note: You must try Miller’s Tavern!) Technically, it’s not a flea market, however, it’s definitely worthy of a Hand-Drawn-Bazaar review. The mix of mid century modern furniture immediately caught my eye. It’s like Don Draper’s living room. Complete Mad Men style. The stock varies from Americana to Danish modern.
Everything from one-of-a-kind knick knacks to antique lamps. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly, everything is reasonably priced, and the selection is very well curated.
I plan to return soon — like NEXT WEEK — to purchase a coffee table & antique mirror. So many things must belong in my apartment.

Summer can be the most magical of times, especially when neighborhood street markets begin to pop up. Suddenly, DC is bustling with outdoor concerts, homemade crafts and fresh local produce. Oh, yes. THE JOYS OF SUMMER.
The market was a tad small but the community spirit (and shopping selection!) was G-R-E-A-T. Vintage clothing, jewelry of all kinds, artisanal food creations, beauty products and house wares. SO MANY charming handmade pieces.
